• Our knowledge and systems will efficiently prepare a detailed repair estimate. We'll liaise with the appointed Insurance Assessor to ensure the repair is completed in the best interest and integrity of your car.
  
  
• We'll help you deal with your Insurance Company (or that of the at-fault third party) explaining any unfamiliar terminology. We can also advise you on the services of an Uninsured Loss Recovery Company, for any personal items lost or damaged in the accident.
  
  
• We only use original parts fitted by manufacturer trained technicians. Technicians work to the latest Workshop Repair Manuals issued by approving manufacturers.
  
  
• If your car is not legally roadworthy we will have the car professionally recovered so that the repair process can start without delay or unnecessary complication
  
  
• We have access to certain manufacturers' courtesy cars, so whilst your car is being professionally repaired we'll endeavour to supply a car of a similar status
  
  
• As the policyholder, you have the legal right to choose who repairs your car, and you are not required to accept your Insurance Company's suggested repairer.
  
  
• Your car will be repaired to the original manufacturer's standard using specified equipment and approved paints and materials. All work will be certified with a Guarantee of Repair that protects the Manufacturer's Warranty as well as the car's resale value.
  
  
• As a dedicated Body Repairer we have the experience, the trained technicians, the equipment and the manufacturer's support to ensure that your car is repaired, without compromise or delay.
  
  
• All manufacturer approved body repairers are annually audited and inspected by the manufacturers. This audit covers all areas of the business, including financial viability, quality of repairs, training courses attended and the cleanliness of facilities.
  
  
• We are required to purchase and invest in equipment levels that are specifically designed for the exacting standards required to repair your car to pre-accident condition.
  
  
• We only use the highest quality paint and materials which have been approved by the manufacturer for their technical excellence and not by the price.
